- Riverside Barn is available for the sole occupancy of up to six people to rent on a nightly basis from March to October limited to a maximum of 28 consecutive nights.
- Reservation online or via telephone – postal address, e-mail address and telephone number required. Advanced reservation required, only secured on receipt of payment and being notified by confirmation e-mail.
- Booking fee payable in full by credit/debit card only in full at time of reservation – in the event of cancellation, an agreed amount, dependent on length of notice, will be refunded to the original card payment account.
- Reservations for the barn are on a per night basis. Arrival on-site from 2.0pm at an agreed time for introduction and collection of keys, departure any time before 11.0am at an agreed time for inspection and return of keys (note Conditions 13 and 14). Estimated arrival and departure times required. The specific arrival time of at least one of the party must be arranged and confirmed via telephone 24 hours before.
- Access is via a 500m stone track and across grassland.
- There are no utensils, crockery, cutlery, towels, bedding, cleaning products provided; wood for the wood-burner stove will be supplied.
- Camping-stove cooking to be done outside; no disposable barbecues or camp fires permitted, no cooking on the wood-burner stove.
- Dogs are allowed but must be under control at all times and on a leash when within the fields and proximity of the barn.
- There is no footpath beside the river – do not wander across or exercise dogs in the adjacent fields, do not disturb any livestock, keep gates closed at all times.
- No stag or hen parties, no additional guests, no loud or late-night disturbance, no bonfires.
- There is no fishing allowed or boating/kayaking, etc. Swimming and paddling in the river is not recommended.
- There is no refuse collection facility – no rubbish to be left on site.
- On departure the barn must be left tidy – surfaces to be clean, the floors, including outside flags, swept and cleaned, wood ash from the stove to be spread on the grass a short distance away from the barn.
- Any damage caused, whether internal or external, to be reported before departure – assessment of any damage will be made on inspection (see Condition 4) and any costs for reinstatement will be taken from the card account used at the time of booking.
